We like to help you plan for your first visit, before you come – here’s what you need to know.
A typical therapy session is 55-minutes long. You and your provider will work together to determine the number of sessions and how often to meet to best reach your goals.

We accept a variety of insurance coverage (some are listed here); we recommend you check with your insurance company directly to see what your benefits cover.
Life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your therapy session. In such a case, please email or call your therapist directly. As much as possible, provide a 24-hour notice or a late cancellation/no-show fee may apply.
