The hardest step in change is asking someone for help. Therapy is a collaborative, coaching, and self-building journey where we work together to accomplish your desired goals. I enjoy working with men and women on grief and loss, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, self-esteem, relationship challenges, obesity and weight loss, chronic pain, and long-term disabilities such as visual impairment.

All my counseling sessions are provided online. Online counseling is a convenient option for individuals who have busy lives and may find it difficult to make time to go to a physical therapy office. It allows you the flexibility to choose your own safe and comfortable place to engage in the counseling process.

You may be feeling frustration and brokenness or confusion about what to do next. I would like to help you begin walking towards empowerment and healing one step at a time. My passion is to help individuals discover how they think, feel, and interact with the world around them. I have specific training in strengthening interpersonal relations within couples and families.

Certified in the Prepare and Enrich relationship inventory, I have been helping individuals and couples find their path in life for over 10 years. I believe that everyone is unique and that they interact with the world in their own way. My approach to counseling is collaborative, shame free and calm. My desire is to create a healthy therapeutic space where an individual or couple can be authentic and ask the questions they need to move forward in their lives.
