Laurel Huff, M.A., LPC, CAADC
Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, understood and therapy is a great place to start. In therapy, I provide an accepting space to promote healing, and develop skills and strategies to overcome life’s challenges. I believe therapy can help you accept yourself and begin to live a life based on who you truly are or the you that you want to be who is still evolving.
I work with a wide variety of clients, including adolescents and adults, with issues such as behavior problems, depression, anxiety, OCD, and alcohol and drug abuse. I assist clients with discovering coping skills and learning how to set healthy boundaries. I believe you are enough and when we build upon and tap into your strengths and abilities, and grow your sense of self, you will achieve your goals.
